A planning allowance, not an installed quote. Keep your existing console, mirror, furniture and tools. Assessment, labor, delivery, permits, repairs and restoration are extra. Physical alterations require approval and a suitable doorless interior opening. Prices checked October 14, 2026; allowances must be checked against your actual project.
Before you make a day of it.
Does the guide cover a real curved opening?
Yes. It includes the design brief, measurement checks, researched corner-form system and finish checklist for an approved doorless interior alteration. A qualified installer must assess the site and follow current manufacturer instructions. It is not a structural construction manual.
Can I use it without changing the opening?
Yes. The decorating route keeps the rectangle and uses coordinated paint, your existing curved mirror and plug-in lighting. Get permission for paint and attachments.
Is the physical makeover included in the $5 price?
No. You buy the PDF guide. The $399 example is a separate materials planning allowance that includes the guide; labor, assessment, delivery, permits, repairs and restoration are additional.
Can I alter my apartment front door?
This plan does not remove or alter apartment entrance doors, required doors, fire-rated assemblies or structural headers. The physical arch is only for a suitable, approved doorless interior opening.
Are these photographs of a completed makeover?
They are matched concept illustrations, not customer results or exact product photography. The guide separates the visual idea from the measurements, product instructions and project decisions.
